POPxo.com - Manager - SEO

Position Summary:

1. We are seeking a Sr. SEO strategist who can drive organic traffic on POPxo.com and other web properties

2. The person should have adequate technical knowledge to lead SEO initiatives with Product, Engineering, Finance and Business teams

3. He/she should understand business' growth goals and have the capability to manage a high-performing team

4. He should be able to bring content improvisation ideas to make SEO stronger and have a good understanding of link acquisition using natural ways

Job Requirement:

- 4+ years of SEO experience with proven track record of successful SEO strategy and implementation

- Skilled in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, search engine and AdWords;

- SEO keyword ranking and analysis tools

- Gather required link building data from search engines and useful tool

- Have strong knowledge of link-building strategies, link architecture and overall spider friendliness

- Solid understanding of HTML, Javascript, Flash & CSS as they relate to SEO

- Log file analysis and traffic reporting, and other topical trends in SEO

- Proven track record generating SEO success in a post-Penguin world. Success optimizing e-commerce sites for competitive head terms and long tail terms.

- Sound understanding of user experience for the web

- Experience with e-commerce/CMS platforms used by larger organizations preferred

- Ensure POPxo.com is well optimized to attract visitors and engage the target audience

- Be an excellent team player with solid understanding of search engine ranking factors, algorithms, site architectures and strategies.
