POPxo is looking for E-commerce Head to join our growing team!

Key Goals and Responsibility:

- Must have end to end Category Management experience in Fashion, Beauty & Lifestyle

- Develops and drives strategy and growth of category and subcategory teams for large, complex, or high-risk categories and subcategories.

- Develops and leverage internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals.

- Inventory Planning, Set-up Warehouse and manages category inventory plan.

- Manages P&L and financial forecasting for category teams for large, complex or high-risk categories and subcategories.

- Oversees new and existing product line assortment and modular planning for large, complex or high-risk categories and subcategories.

- Oversees the management of strategic supplier relationships for large, complex, or high-risk categories and subcategories

- Provides overall direction for business category team

- Driving key brand relations and strategic partnership with major brands.

Qualification and Experience:

- 8-10 years of experience in online platform monetization and revenue generation

- MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 B School preferred

- Experience in merchandising, financial planning, replenishment management, retail operations management, or related field

- Excellent communication, articulation and presentation skills

- Good industry knowledge
