- Drives business growth, and profitability of the strategic business unit with strong product sourcing, merchandizing operations, competition and consumer analytics.  - The Business head (BH) will be responsible for growing the ecommerce business which will include product assortment under the POPxo umbrella brand. To include multi-branded curated boxes and establishing a line of POPxo branded products to be sold on POPxo's own platform and other ecommerce platforms.  BH shall own the PnL of this business vertical and will be responsible for driving day to day operations to achieve the overall strategic goals.  Candidate Profile :  - Top B-school MBA, with engineering degree preferred  - 5-8 years of relevant work experience  - Experience in managing teams  Job Description :  - Delivering Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual - Revenue, Margin, Markdown targets  - Contributes in creation of sales plans and completely owns up the execution of the same to maximize sell-through of the inventory made available to sell.  - Monitoring product life cycle of every product in the category and take early calls for opportunity maximization  - Executes inter-category / intra-category events and sales promotions.  - Ensures that the product placed on site is relevant to category, features and USP well explained to the viewer in simple customer centric language, product is well packaged to attract and excite customers.  - Conversion and Basket Size Maximization and Target achievement.  - Monitors the first mile and last mile, i.e., logistics from DC/ Vendor to end customer - is timely and as per order.  Expectations :   - Engages with peers and leaders fostering a winning culture  - Collaborates with cross-functional internal partners to execute the brand vision with a customer centric approach  Skills Required:  - Willingness to learn  - Comfort with numbers and rapid, ongoing analysis  - Over obsessive understanding of the user on the internet  - Ideally should have worked in startup environment or E-commerce  - Hands on ability to execute independently as well as manage different teams
