Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager- Business Development.
Job Description
- Generate the leads through cold calling and also work on the online leads
- Build relationships with the key decision makers
- Engage and follow up with the customers to chase business closures
- Help, support and assist customers in selecting the right range of product
- Understand the customer's pain point, budget and timelines
- Be the reliable SPOC for the acquired customer till the last mile and generate referrals
Skills/Attributes needed
- Should be persistent & perseverant in approach to engage with the customer for higher gestation period of the business
- Should have a B2B selling experience
- Should be sociable and approachable to build and nurture symbiotic relationships with the customers
- Should be good with numbers with above average excel skills
- Should be a team player who can collaborate across various functions from lead generation to order closing and payment collections
- Should have analytical bent of mind
- Should have both short term and long-term vision of business
- Should be willing to travel locally and once a week outstation every month in line with the business requirements
- Educational qualification- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Candidates from interior background (architects and interior designers) would have advantage
- Experience- 5-10 years
