Job Description : The incumbent will be responsible for leading, strategizing and executing the design and development of HR Policies Automation along with the forefront lead for all HR innovations. The incumbent will lead and implement all HR related processes with technology to enhance process efficiencies. Should demonstrate excellence in Techno functional Consulting and ERP Implementation.


Roles & Responsibilities :


- Strategizing, designing and aligning all the HR process and policies from automation and technology perspective that would later reflect in the streamlining of processes, reduction in turn around time, increase in cost efficiency and overall enhancing the productivity of HR Team


- Lead HR technology projects to include project planning, business case development, status updates, requirements gathering, test planning, test execution, deployment, and post-deployment support.


- Work closely with Business & IT team to deliver and build on HR tools helping Business to further enhance People Intel


- Design, conceptualize and execute with other HR verticals the entire Employee and HR Lifecycle from technology, innovation and digital transformation perspective.


- Understanding the job market trend along with the Business Overview and strategizing with the Business Heads and Senior Leadership team on automating and innovating workflows that would streamline and further increase the efficiency of processes.


- Analyze business requirements and identify the tools to meet the data management, analytical dashboards and ensure data integrity in reporting requirements are met.


- Ideate innovate technologies and tools and prepare business case to seek approval for the execution and implementation of the tools.


- The incumbent will be the Lead Custodian of ERP implementation, maintenance & provide any additional inputs to the HRMS team to meet the automation and analytical requirements of the Management.


- Provide the HR technology roadmap from industry and market benchmarking standards.


- Lead by example to the team members and provide mentoring, assistance & guidance to them.
