- End to end Employee lifecycle Management
- End to end management of Pre-Onboarding
- Background Verifications of new joiners
- Data management for HR/TA Operations
- Publishing various data cuts and dashboards to SMTs on employee life cycle
- Managing employee dossier
- End to end Vendor management - external vendors / sourcing partners
- Managing Employee benefits (Joining Bonus, Employee Referral, Notice Pay Buyout, Group Insurance)
- Managing internal & external stakeholders
- Payroll inputs management
- Ensure compliance to all HR/TA Operations processes from Internal Audit Perspective
