Location Pune (Relocation can be considered)


Minimum Qualification CA / ICWAI with related 8-10 years of experience with handling of team size of 8-10 persons.


Roles & Responsibilities:


- Ensuring proper accounting related to Accounts Payables and Payroll Accounting


- Review GL Balances: Timely check of GL balances / Substantiation of balances. Ensuring financial accuracy along with identification of non-moving balances and corrective action thereof.


- Revenue Leakage: Identification of areas of revenue leakages, cost reduction & fraud.


- Monthly Closure: Closure of monthly books with provision along with circulation of Management schedules within defined TAT.


- Audit Handling: Direct handling of Audit queries and ensuring closure of all open items within timelines.


- Team Productivity: Controlling team productivity and ensuring proper assignment of Job profile.


- TAT: Ensuring vendor payments and Employees reimbursement are done within defined TAT.
