Position Title: Chief Credit Manager Location:Pune Experience: 6-9 yrs Position: 1 Job Description &amp; Key Responsibilities: - - Implementation of Credit Policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the policy and compliance with the Authority matrix - Credit Appraisal of all Retail loan products - Creating credit scoring models to predict risks - Approving or rejecting loan requests based on credibility, researching and evaluating client's creditworthiness, understanding customer profile and credit policy. - Preparation of CAM, Analysis of ratios and financial statements to seeking internal credit rating for client - Participating in credit due diligence in coordination with Credit Managers - Suggest internal control measures and ensure implementation to address such gaps - Maintaining TAT - Supervising the preparation of Reports and keep the Track of Cases - Managing all Credit Managers and provide them adequate policy/process training for smooth operation with the risk team and achieving targets.
