Polymed - Assistant/Deputy Manager - Product Management (4-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Product Management : 

- Develop and update marketing and training material, conduct product trainings for sales team.

- Ensure that the sales team is updated with product changes and new product developments.

- Participate in industry specific trade shows, training program and conferences.

- Responsible for reviewing product performance and suggest requiring changes.

- Conducting CMEs, workshops, training .

- New Product launch and ensuring effective placement of products in respective market

2. Clinical Application and Training : 

- Development, implementation and maintenance of training material and maintain training record.

- KOL development, support the clinicians for research studies/thesis and clinical trials.

- Conducting regular training programs for the existing users and sales team.

- Pre and post sales demonstration, attending clinical & technical compliance meetings.

3. Sales & Marketing : 

- Working in association with sales managers for preparing & implementing marketing strategies in accordance with vision and mission of the organization.

- Working in association with the Sales Managers for sales effectiveness, Negotiations, Handling technical and Clinical discussions.

- Exploring & developing new markets for promoting the products; conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitor activity to achieve market share metrics.

- Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building & market development effort.

4. Relationship Management :

- Building and strengthening relationships with key accounts, medical fraternity, opinion leaders, thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing them with product support.

- Conducting Group Meetings of Doctors & Nurses and setting up and improving Key Accounts for the organization.

Qualifications & Experience :

- B Pharma / M Pharma / MBA / MHA

- Relevant experience in a similar role in Pharma / Medtech industry.

Skills / Attributes/ Knowledge:

- Excellent problem solving & interpersonal skills

- Results-oriented with good negotiation &communications skill

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally.

- Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.

- Strong ability to develop product and marketing strategies
