Polymed - Assistant/Deputy Manager - Product Management (2-6 yrs)
The key accountabilities are, but not limited to:
1. Conduct market research primary and secondary.
2. Identification and launch of new products (Medical devices/ Consumables)
3. Interaction with key stakeholders -Doctors /Hospital CEO/ Purchase head/ Sr. Nurses and Sr. sales and marketing member.
4. Training and development of Sales team,
5. Conducting CME, workshop
7. Participate in industry specific trade shows, training program and conferences
6. Development of product content and training Materials
7. Exploring & developing new markets for promoting the products; conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitor activity to achieve market share metrics.
8. Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building & market development effort.
Required Candidate profile :
- B Pharma / M Pharma / MHA and MBA -From Top-ranked B School.
- Min 2 Years experience in a similar role in Pharma / Medtech industry .
