Experience / Knowledge

Experienced :

1. Availment of Excise Credit / Cenvat Credit under Excise Law.

2. VAT Credit availment under VAT Law.

3. Preparation of Statutory Returns of Excise Manufacturing Plant / Depot.

4. Preparation of Statutory Returns of VAT Return of Manufacturing Plant / Depot.

5. Service Tax Credit availment under Service Tax Law.

6. Preparation of Statutory Returns of Service Tax Manufacturing Plant / Depot.

7. Payment of Statutory Dues under Excise, Service Tax, VAT and GST

8. Excise / VAT Audit

9. Reco of Statutory Records with Books of Accounts.

10. Interaction with Statutory Authority.

11. Drafting of Letters / Reply to Authorities for their Queries, SCN etc.

12. GST Credit availment, GST Returns

13. EPCG, DGFT related licences and redemptions.

14. Various Requirements related to Invoicing under Excise / VAT / Service Tax / GST.

Knowledge of-

Excise, VAT, CST, WCT, Service Tax, GST related provisions applicable to Credit, Liabilities, Invoicing, Returns, Debit Notes, Credit Notes etc.
