We have an urgent openings for Sales Managers in PolicyBazaar.com meant for Gurgaon location.

PFB, the Role description:

1. Responsible for Revenue Generation by managing teams of Tele Sales and Services Executive & making sure they generate leads and convert them into sales

2. Should come with atleast 4-5 years of experience in leading a successful phone-based sales function

3. Should have good team management and leadership skills.

4. Meets or exceeds area sales goals through the training, coaching and managing of the telesales team

5. Strives to meet or exceed revenue targets on daily, monthly basis

6. Recruit and manage a team of tele sales agents and TLs

7. Should be able to setup the entire structure of the tele calling processes, identifying the process gaps and propose solutions

8. Should be involved in daily/weekly/monthly monitoring the team and TLs through MISs, Call reviews and Business reviews

9. Should be able to setup the structure of team grooming and engagement with a view to propagate growth opportunities for top performers

10. Should be able to interact with the senior management and present the progress of the team and the way forward

11. Should continuously study the competitors and identify and implement good practices

12. Candidates from Banking background International/Domestic industry will be preferred
