Responsibilities :

- Build a robust product roadmap and EXECUTE for the Mutual Funds Business Unit to make it a best-in-class platform

- Own project delivery by closely working with technology/UI and other teams

- Provide analytics based insights to help iterate on the product to make it more customer-centric

- Innovate and implement disruptive proposition to stay ahead of competition

- Benchmark and have an ear-to-the-ground on competition and international trends in finTech

- Continuously engage with supplier partners to enable a seamless fulfillment process

- Meticulously monitor key performance metrics and coordinate with various teams to take corrective actions if needed

Our Ideal Candidate :

- B.E./B.Tech with MBA (preferred) with minimum 2 years experience

- AMC/ Banking experience preferred

- Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning skills

- Passionate about fin-tech domain

- Ability to multi-task and work within cross functional teams

- Entrepreneurial and result-oriented mindset.

- Strong sense of urgency and ownership

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
