JOB DESCRIPTION :

This is a unique and challenging role where your actuarial and professional skills will be put to test for:

- Pricing/Segmentation/Scoring for Motor, Two-Wheeler, Health and Travel lines of businesses

- Analysis of portfolio wise movements to monitor the overall conversions

- End-end automation of various ongoing tasks

- Acting as a mentor to team of young actuarial members

- Building sophisticated and dynamic models for customer segmentation

- Monitoring the claims statistics to identify over/under performing pockets of business

- Competitive analysis of premium rates

- Publishing industry statistics reports

- Monitoring and expanding the artificial intelligence and machine learning models

- Manage the existing team and grow them to adopt next level challenges

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of work experience in non-life domain

- Sound understanding of retail LOBs pricing models

- Ability to analyse data and solve problems

- Ability to create summaries of data and generate reports that non-specialists can understand

- Strong communication skills

- Sound knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is must. Familiarity with Emblem is an added advantage.

- Sound understanding of any MIS tool

- Sound understanding of Indian insurance market

- Team player as you will be working with multiple teams within the company and with the clients
