Policybazaar - Team Lead - Online Reputation Management (2-6 yrs)
We are looking for an ORM Specialist who can monitor and control online activities of an organizations brands and sub-brands.
Your contribution in PBs journey:
- Write, edit, and publish engaging posts for various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, and email campaigns (Content management)
- Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audiences behaviors (SMM)
- Select appealing images and videos to complement the text and work with the design team to develop visually appealing content
- Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)
- Apply advertising techniques to boost brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages & websites in a timely and accurate manner (ORM)
- Co-ordinate with relevant teams within the company to provide the best solutions and experience to the customer
- Create and maintain an up-to-date Knowledge-Base of FAQs so that user queries can be answered quickly with consistent quality standards
Your knowledge & expertise that we need:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- 2-6 years of related work experience preferably in finance/ insurance domain. However, relevant experience from other domains will also be considered
- Basic Image and Graphic Editing (Canva, Tweetdeck)
- Familiarity with social media like Twitter, Instagram, FB, and Blogging
- Understanding of Search Engine Marketing / Optimization
- Familiarity with Popular Blogging platforms like WordPress, Blogger, Medium etc.
- Social Media and Email Campaign Management
- Familiarity / Enthusiasm about finance and insurance
- Experience in Content development and Social media messaging
- Experience with ORM / Customer Success will be a plus
