Looking for a leader for our sales product and strategy function. It's a multifaceted role, where ideal candidate should be able to drive product initiatives for our in house CRM (used by our massive sales force), in an agile way so as to make the agents comfortable and efficient be it working from office or home, drive analytics powerhouse to deliver insights and strategy for changes and further growth of the sales process, run incentives and contests for our sales team.

Some of the key areas of initial responsibilities would be :

- Drive changes, enhancements in CRM product used by our sales agents to drive their efficiency and support them in any way that makes their work easier.

- Improving on current calling and lead allocation logics driven by analytics so as to improve business top line.

- Making sales processes like inbound calling, IVR, chat process more efficient for a better customer experience.

- Helping with providing strategic inputs for functions like training, customer communications.

- Liaison with data science team to incorporate their capabilities for a more scientific decision making in the sales process.

- Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of leadership, creating visual displays of quantitative information.

- Enable the culture of product experimentation by working closely with the product managers, and draw insights.

- Designing and executing contests and incentives for sales team to drive higher performance.

Preferred Qualifications for the role are:

- BA/B.Tech or Master's degree with an emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Management).

- Ability to manage a team of analysts and product managers and work closely with the engineering team.

- Thorough knowledge and working capability and excel, experience in scripting with SQL is a plus.

- Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends.

- Distinctive problem-solving skills.

- Capable of translating analysis results into product & business recommendations.

- Strong communication skills
