PolicyBazaar - Product Head - Operations - IIT/BITS

Policybazaar is India's largest Insurance intermediary, funded by marquee investors like SoftBank, Temasek and Tiger Global. Policybazaar is seeking an extremely talented and driven professional who can lead customer journeys and end to end product development. Work will involve liasoning with cross-functional teams including Technology, Marketing, Business Development, Sales and Customer Support.

Key responsibilities will include:

a) End to end ownership of customer journeys of a key Business unit at Policybazaar and driving the long term product Strategy

b) Drive repeat business by improving customer experience

c) Work with cross-functional internal teams for ensuring timely execution

Qualifications :

a) Master's degree in Management from a Top 10 ranked B-School

b) Bachelor's degree from a Top Institute including IITs, BITS, SRCC, St. Stephens etc.

c) 2-4 years of experience in a product role

d) Exposure to Start-ups or High growth companies preferred

e) Very strong analytical skills

f) Experience aligning and driving cross-functional groups
