The person will be a key member of the Health business and is expected to contribute to the business growth by

1. Leading initiatives to improve the customer retention and long term value per customer.

2. Driving performance improvement by bringing in operational efficiency.

3. Working with multiple stakeholders - Operations, Product, Tech, Insurers, Services to drive continuous improvement across the process

Key skills required in the person -

1. A self-starter who identifies areas of improvement and takes initiatives on their own.

2. Has Good grasp on numbers (Candidates with knowledge of MS Excel, SQL are preferred)

3. Preferably 2-4 years of post-MBA workex.

4. Candidates from tier 1 colleges will be preffered.
