Looking for a leader for a Product Head to lead our unassisted customer experience solutions including "My Account". It's a multifaceted role, where ideal candidate should be able to drive product initiatives in an agile way by analysing customer behaviour and service journeys, to make the unassisted experiences as the best in class. This role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders, analytical expertise, strategic thinking, design thinking, talent development, and most importantly a deep commitment to the customer. The incumbent will be a self-driven individual with a superior track record.
Some of the key areas of initial responsibilities would be:
- To Manage agile product development to deliver products: create, maintain and prioritize the product backlog into incremental sprints, conduct scrum meetings. Hiring and mentoring resources in product, engineering, content, design and analytics teams.
- To Develop detailed requirements for the product roadmap through cross functional interactions, market research and consumer data analytics.
- To Work across the spectrum of product management from customer analysis all the way to agile deployment of new journeys and solutions
- To Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to drive complete product life cycle developed product performance and customer experience reportsand metrics dashboards.
- Strong experience in developing front ends including mobile web and mobile app
- Establish clear goals and set measurement against such goals
- Be a customer champion
Preferred Qualifications for the role are:
- MBA with BA/B.Tech or Master's degree with an emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Management).
- Ability to manage a team of analysts and product managers and work closely with the business, operations and engineering teams
- Thorough knowledge and working capability and excel, experience in scripting with SQL is a plus.
- Solid aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Capable of translating analysis results into product & business recommendations.
- Strong communication skills
