What we are looking for in a candidate:

- Creating relevant data reporting dashboards to support day to day business management & growth.

- Preparing presentations for reviews & updates.

- Marketing Analytics: Funnel analysis & Campaign tracking and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Operations analytics.

- Conduct relevant analysis by collecting data from all internal and external sources to get answers to business question.

- In-sighting & Execution.

- Define business problems basis data analysis, develop processes, drive implementation and track key metrics.

- On a daily basis, gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations.

- Develop strategy for new business growth and traffic & conversion improvement.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Strong analytical & problem solving skills.

- Willingness to work in dynamic/challenging environment.

- Good management & presentation skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills self-motivated attitude.

- 2-6 yrs. of relevant experience preferably in e commerce or retail industries.

- Exposure & understanding of various aspects of business required - marketing, operations, revenue, website etc.

- Advanced Excel / SAS / R / Tableau / Python - hands on experience with any one required.

- Ability to drive results with strong thought leadership.

- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize and manage workload, manage simultaneous projects.

- Persistent, performance-driven and solution-oriented.
