KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Weightage: This role is for SQA team Policy Servicing. SQA team conduct audits and QC activities of various process within Policy Servicing, It also involves handling various external audits namely Internal audit of various processes and Statutory audit co-ordination.

Key Deliverables include:

Individual Contribution:

- Conducting various audits for plugging loopholes in different processes at user-end to mitigate the risk of future operation losses/risk arising out of process gaps.

Management requirements: Ensuring that the requirements (defined and adhoc) sought by senior management are duly provided within time.

Control Enhancement:

- Developing new reports and evaluating the feasibility of the same for enhancing SQA's efficiency & channelling the saved man-hours towards more appropriate value added activities.
