Designation: Policy Servicing Manager

Experience: Candidate having min 5 years of experience in Policy Servicing processes in Life Insurance Industry

Location: Mumbai

Note: Age Limit up to 37 years

Job Role:

- The creation and execution of both short-term and long-term plans for policy servicing in the areas of reinstatement, renewal accounting, the introduction and administration of NACH/Direct Debit, alternative payment methods, receipting of all auto mode payments, and the efficient operation of the renewal process for Bancassurance partners.

- The function is in charge of making sure that appropriate financial controls are put in place, that both internal and external customers' needs are addressed, and that the team complies with regulatory and audit standards.

- The position also entails introducing alternative payment methods, boosting their utilisation, and facilitating a seamless renewal process for partners in order to offer clients easier services and lower operating costs.

- To oversee and manage the reinstatement and top-up management procedures, premium accounting at the servicing stage.
