Experience: Looking for candidates with experience in Gold Loan Policy Formulation, Policy framing experience.
Location: Mumbai
Job Role:
- Formulation of policies related to sourcing and sanction of Loans against Gold
- Process and Policy formulation and compliance to laid down operating notes for products offered by the Bank
- Sighting of risk areas through process understanding and study.
- Detailed monthly portfolio review, providing in depth insight to risks of process improvement.
- Analyse data and present facts to management for decision-making. Involving risk Management and Business Process Management. Representing business all system changes & testing. Root Cause Analysis Developing Best Practices for underwriting & risk
- Co-ordinating with Sales, Credit, Operations and Collections team to outline areas of concerns and risky segments.
- Gathering feedback through interactions with various business groups on suspected frauds and review areas
