Policy Manager - Unsecured Risk - Business/Personal Loans

Reporting to: Lead - Unsecured Risk

Location: Pune

Principal Accountabilities:

- Formulation and review of policy documents for BL, PL & Loan to Professionals

- Managing overall credit health of the portfolio within acceptable delinquency indicators & loss rates

- Conducting regular portfolio performance analysis

- Prepare monthly risk reporting deck for SMT review

- Developing, deploying, maintaining and updating scorecards / policy rules (BREs) in system

- Ensure successful UAT is conducted for all the BREs which are coded in system

- Should have clear understanding of process automation and credit workflows

- Connect with multiple stakeholders like business, product, credit, IT and analytics on a regular basis

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

- Qualification: Post-graduate / MBA / CA

- Work Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in risk / policy vertical of a bank / NBFC

- Prior working knowledge of unsecured loan products is a must

- Experience in handling risk-based analysis, BRE/Automation Processes, scorecard development will be an added advantage

- Ability to think logically and perform detailed portfolio analysis

- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work closely with people at all levels in the organization

- Should possess good written & verbal communication skill

- Should have hands-on experience in Excel, Word & Powerpoint
