DEPARTMENT: Business Intelligence Unit

LOCATION: Mumbai

JOB OVERVIEW: The employee would be in a support role as Policy Manager for Personal loan

REPORTING STRUCTURE: Head of Credit Policy

QUALIFICATION: Postgraduate (MBA / CA)

KEY ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Will be involved in tasks such as drafting Policy document for New/existing Personal loan

- Arranging discussion & approvals from respective Risk/compliance & approval authority

- Rolling out New Policy & Reviewing it within due period

- Portfolio monitoring & proposing course correction accordingly

- Coordinating between different departments like BIU & IT for getting different application developed

- Imparting regular Policy training to impacted group

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:

- Basic knowledge drafting Policy document/Understanding Key Risk metrics

- Fluent communication & conviction skill

- High Inter-personal skill

- Mandatory knowledge of MS-Excel/ Power point

- Prior experience as Policy Manager is must
