Policy Manager - Personal Loans - Bank

We have an opened positions for Policy Manager - Cross Sell with our client which is the leading and Growing Bank.

- Defining, managing, assessing and monitoring the credit policy norms personal loans cross sell the portfolio

- Understanding of the all banking products where personal loan offer can be created

- Creation and testing of policy rules ( through LOS) on System / Rule Engine.

- Closely monitor the system procedures and ensuring a seamless co-ordination and alignment with operations, fraud control and other stakeholders

- Portfolio monitoring and portfolio analytics - Analyzing various data trends and presenting it to the top management

- Preferably good working knowledge of excel and SAS

Qualifications

- CA or Post Graduate MBA with 4-6 years of experience with underwriting/ policy experience

- Good communication /presentation skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel/Power Point and Word

- Knowledge of SAS will be an added advantage
