- Defining, managing, assessing and monitoring the credit policy norms for mortgage

- Manage the post-acquisition customer lifecycle management strategies

- Portfolio monitoring and portfolio analysis

- Closely monitor the underwriter procedures and ensuring a seamless co-ordination and alignment with operations, credit, collection fraud control and other stakeholders

- Independently engage with key stakeholders and external partners to develop and influence business goals and strategies
