Policy Formulation:
- Review and recommend changes to policy/process based on local practices and market feedback.
- Improvement in existing processes of credit underwriting, risk management and its implementation.
- Ensuring compliance of product policies, BRE coding, testing and its implementation.
- Competition benchmarking of the policy and process. Roll out and support Business initiatives for specific products.
Portfolio Monitoring:
- Monitoring delinquencies and stress accounts and recommending & implementing appropriate risk actions.
- Analyse the portfolio and identify and monitor early warning signals and Key risk indicators
- Develop, define and manage a comprehensive quantitative/qualitative risk reporting framework.
- Monitoring PDDs and Formulation of PDD trigger matrix.
Liaising with Internal Stakeholders & Market Interaction:
- Closely working with ground teams Underwriting/ Sales/ Collections/ Operations/Product to define acquisition policies, get ground feedback and enable faster turnaround time.
- Travelling across locations for understanding the local policy and product requirements, process review and imparting training.
- Review observations highlighted in Internal audit reports and recommend processes/system in place to avoid recurrence.
- Develop, plan and implement training modules and means to disseminate product specific risk knowledge to stakeholders.
