Policy Manager - Joint Liability Group

- Conceptualizing & formulating risk strategies & policies for Micro Lending business.

- Monitor & control portfolio metrics through key metric's like Profile mix, Bureau mix, Demography mix,

- Risk Band mix, customer segment mix etc.

- Continuous review of portfolio on key performance indicators like FEMI, Coincidental, Portfolio Health,

- POF & taking policy action whenever required.

- Ongoing liaising with IT, Credit and BIU teams to ensure all policies &processes are implemented smoothly

- Portfolio risk management exposure of Micro Lending business

- Designing and implementing policies for Fraud controls.

- Investigation of the frauds that get reported and ploughing back the learning in the process.

- Investigation of fraud to be evaluated to plug gaps or re-engineer processes.

- Ensuring the workflow progresses in seamless manner

- Clear oversight over process gaps, errors and exception handling.

- To have oversight over multiple interfaces and have an understanding of nuances of system integration.

- Continual monitoring of BAU activities

- Exposure in online banking platforms

- Data analysis and credit policy implementation.

- Making process improvement/ enhancement post requirement gathering or sample check

- Periodic review/ Audit of system to check policy & process & suggest areas of improvement.

- Drive System & file audit to prevent fraud

- Initiating legal actions for critical cases.

- Designing of credit/risk scorecards.

- Designing and implementation of Business rule engines enabling real time decisioning.

- Graduate/Post Graduate with 10 - 14 years of work experience (6 yrs of relevant experience)

- Well versed with Micro Lending business
