Job Description - Defining, managing, assessing and monitoring the credit policy norms for credit card portfolio - Formulate the strategies for cross selling credit card to existing customer base and new customer acquisition - Manage the post-acquisition customer lifecycle management strategies - Defining the risk appetite and board level policies for credit card issuance - Create robust process flows to Implement the policies on System / Rule Engine - Portfolio monitoring and portfolio analysis for the credit cards business - Closely monitor the underwriter procedures and ensuring a seamless co-ordination and alignment with operations, fraud control and other stakeholders - Independently engage with key stakeholders and external partners to develop and influence business goals and strategies &nbsp; - Preferably good working knowledge of excel and SAS &nbsp; Looking candidates from Bank only - Required Qualification- MBA(full time)/CA/CS - Relevant experience(Policy Formulation) should be min 3 to 7 years.
