Policy Head - SME/Housing/Asset Finance - NBFC

Designation: Policy head (SME/Housing/Asset Finance)

Job Location: Mumbai

Salary: Hike based on current CTC

JOB Role:

- Formulation of Policies (SME/Housing/Asset Finance) along with periodic updates

- Well versed with regulatory guidelines (RBI/NHB)

- Training to the team on policy parameters

- Working with LOS team

- Analyse various data trends and present it to the top management

- Analysing bureau data for future trends

- Good Communication/presentation skills, as well as strong planning and organisational skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint and Word

- Good knowledge of market trends in each product category

- Work Experience: At least 10 years of which 5 years could be in Policy and 5 years in Retail Credit (mainly mortgages)
