Salary Offered : 10-20 LPA EXPERIENCE : 2-8 Yrs RESPONSIBILITIES : - Lead workshops with supply chain business people for process understanding. - Create As is process maps and identify gaps - Suggest and implement improvements in processes - Implement Supply chain planning solutions for clients - Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements - Collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds in order to identify problems and find solutions - Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning) - Track KPIs and report on supply chain's performance - Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to&nbsp;help management - Build relationships within the company and with external parties - Understanding of principles of accounting and finance - Help in change management REQUIREMENT : - Strong understanding of supply chain processes (e.g. Production planning,&nbsp;inventory planning, distribution planning, warehouse management etc.) - Worked on at least one end to end supply chain planning transformation&nbsp;projects - Knowledge of regional databases and ERP systems (e.g. SAP) - Analytical mind with business acumen - Problem-solving aptitude - Attention to detail - Excellent communication skills - Outstanding organizational ability - Proficiency in MS-Office suite QUALIFICATION : - Bachelor's Degree from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges with relevant work&nbsp;experience - MBA/PG from Tier 1/ Tier 2 colleges in relevant domain is a plus
