Client Handling: - Manages key client projects end to end by coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. - Communicate with customers on an ongoing basis and proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans 2. Team Management: - Develop project plans and schedule, set deadlines & assign responsibilities within team; monitor and ensure the delivery of the Project as per plan - Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion 3. Executive presence: - Work closely with Directors & Upper Management to support business goals 4. Business Growth: - Build, develop, and grow business relationships internally and externally vital to the success of the project and to grow the account size & scope - Bring in new untapped opportunities that leads to further growth of organization
