Job Title: Talent Acquisition Head

We partner with the top-notch enterprises worldwide to provide world class IT solutions in the field of Analytics, Business Intelligence and Enterprise Performance Management. We are 8+ years old organization (operations started in 2013) and we are on rapid expansion growth journey as we are aiming for multifold expansion in terms of geography presence, revenue, clients and employee count.

We are looking at someone who can join our HR team and be a major driver & enabler of our growth journey by leading Talent Acquisition & Branding from the front.

We are looking at someone who can help us with

- Formulation and Implementation of TA strategies which can bring in talent to support the headcount growth of 50% in one year and 300% in next 3-4 years

- Conceptualization & Implementation of Branding strategies to attract more talent, create brand presence in target market in line with our employee value proposition

- Working with functions heads and HR head to do the resource planning and designing the TA strategy to accomplish the same

Competencies & Skills Required:

- Master's degree in human resources from premier B School such as XLRI and TISS with minimum experience of 5-7 years (2010-2014 pass outs) in TA & Branding area

- Strong stakeholder management skills along with outstanding communication (written and oral), collaboration, interpersonal, team management and leadership skills is must
