We partner with top-notch enterprises worldwide to provide world-class IT solutions in the field of Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Enterprise Performance Management. We are 8+ years old organization (operations started in 2013) and we are on a rapid expansion growth journey as we are aiming for multifold expansion in terms of geography presence, revenue, clients, and employee count.

We are looking at someone who can join our leadership team and be a major driver & enabler of our growth journey by leading from front w.r.t entire Sales agenda.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for architecting a sales strategy and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base across geographies by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals, and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.

- Provide overall leadership to the entire sale team to achieve annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends with a strong understanding of our existing services & solutions capabilities with strong functional acumen to drive the discussions with clients

- Interface with multiple clients, delivery leaders, and sales teams to identify and develop business opportunities and work with other practices head to create value-based offerings to meet the business targets and revenues

Competencies & Skills:

- Having strong sales acumen, business understanding, and functional knowledge to develop client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions

- Ability to communicate & present the value proposition and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and ability to position our services & solutions against competitors and led mid-large sized teams of 30 people

- Strong presentation and facilitation skills along with outstanding communication (written and oral), collaboration, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Experience required: 8+ years of experience in a Sales leadership role, with leading IT services or a technology consulting organization and/or alumnus of tier-1 Engineering/B-schools
