Job Description :
- Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business.
- Short-term and Long term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies
- Target Setting and Achievement
- Responsible for negotiation and customer relationship management.
- Minimum 2+ years of proven outside/ direct sales experience.
- Good understanding of any HRMS tool.
- Cold calling & finding leads
- Account mapping as per customers requirement
- Relationship Management
- Payment follow up against the milestones achieved as per commercial agreement
- Should carry an active network of at least 50+ stakeholders in the Noida market (IT and/or Business)
- Excellent in verbal and written English
- Good understanding of social media tools like LinkedIn, hoovers, ZoomInfo, data.com etc.
- Strong relationship skills with strong business-related knowledge in the analytics industry
- Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and targeting potential clients.
- To maintain & build a relationship with clients.
- Willing to work in an odd hour shift as per the sales alignment respective of geography assigned.
- Academic & Professional Qualifications: B.E. and/or MBA
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.
