Job Description :
- Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business
- Cross-Selling, Outbound Sales and Reference Sales
- Short-term and Long term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies
- Target Setting and Achievement
- Account Management
- Preparation of Proposals, documentations etc.
- Responsible for negotiation and customer relationship management.
Required Skills :
- Cold calling & finding leads
- Account mapping as per customers requirement
- Relationship Management
- Payment follow up against the milestones achieved as per commercial agreement
- Excellent in verbal and written English
- Good understanding of social media tools like LinkedIn, hoovers, ZoomInfo, data.com etc.
- Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and targeting potential clients.
- To maintain & build a relationship with clients.
- Willing to work in odd hour shift as per the sales alignment respective of geography assigned.
Academic & Professional Qualifications :
- B.E. and/or MBA
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Effective written and oral communication, client handling and negotiation skills
- Detail oriented and enterprising mindset.
