Responsibilities: - Analyse the business needs of clients to identify the business problems and propose solutions that help the client organisation achieve its goals. - Conduct data gathering and analysis to understand strategic requirements and provide direction for project planning to ensure understanding of requirements and delivery. - Liaise with clients, business partners, and project teams to ensure effective technical solutions. - Manage client expectations and monitor performance to ensure client satisfaction. - Manage detailed documentation of the configuration and requirement specification.
