- This is a Strategic role with one of the fastest growing boutique Investment Bank based out of Mumbai and specifically focused on origination, structuring and distribution of Mezzanine Capital, Structured Credit, Structured Loans and Bonds across the globe. Since inception, in short span of 3 years, the firm has delivered approx. USD700.0 mn of financing solution to its clients. Some of the transactions have been first of its kind and have been fairly complex, customized to the clients situation covering multiple geographies. The candidate will be a key member of the Credit Management team actively involved in the overall Credit Strategy of the firm.

- A key prerequisite for the candidate is to have strong analytical background.Candidates with relevant hands-on experience with Credit Rating Agencies, Banks, NBFCs, Credit Funds, etc andability to independently lead full scale credit analytics and execution are encouraged to apply.

KRAs :

- Preparing and understanding of complex businesses and financial modeling with a view to ascertain creditworthiness of an entity

- Deep understanding of industry, business models and financial statements

- Prepare documentation including Teaser, Pitch books, Information Memorandum, etc

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Good understanding of few key Industry verticals

- Complex financial modelling and projections

- Develop, monitor and maintain analytical databases and tools

- Take responsibility of complete execution of deals/initiatives underway

- Providing data and analytical support to the team

Core Competencies:

- Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Finance. Must possess CA/CFA / MBA (Finance) from a top ranking institute

- Strong Microsoft office skills, financial modeling, credit analysis and financial forecasting

- Strong desktop research and data discovery skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills including a strong command on PowerPoint

- A strong work ethic, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed are key skills for success
