Purpose of the Role :

Senior Program Manager will launch and drive strategic initiatives in partnership with different stakeholder teams (content, growth, product) and drive towards achieving organizational goals

Key Responsibilities :

1. Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives

2. Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives

3. Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement

4. Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance

5. Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached

6. Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity

7. Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors

8. Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives

9. Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department

10. Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders

Skills and Requirements :

1. Experience of 5-7 years in consulting/startups in program and stakeholder management

2. Strong communication skills & stakeholder management capabilities

3. Ability to think logically and solve problems with first principles thinking

4. Proven record of problem solving and launching/running programs across the company

5. Ability to use data and numbers to arrive and solutions

6. Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
