Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Forecasting: Support the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

2. Data Analysis: Analyze financial performance, KPIs, and market trends to provide actionable insights that drive business strategy.

3. Business Modeling: Create and maintain complex financial and data models to evaluate revenue streams, operating costs, and new business opportunities.

4. Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports for senior management on financial performance, variances, and trends across different business units.

5. Cost Control & Optimization: Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements to optimize financial performance.

6. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with departments like content, marketing, and sales to assess financial impacts of business initiatives and campaigns.

7. Investment Analysis: Support evaluations of new content investments using data models and partnerships, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.

8. Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct benchmarking analysis to assess the financial positioning compared to industry peers.

Requirements :

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science or a related field (MBA or CA is a plus).

2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis

- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

3. Strong understanding of P&L management, balance sheets, and financial metrics
