At its core, the Growth Lead role is creating a balance between the business goals and creative excellence. It is grounded in a strong understanding of users and driving the content strategy focused on growth and retention. The successful candidate will marry a strong passion for entertainment with a hearty curiosity for innovation and data. Key Responsibilities

- Lead user acquisition for one of the biggest genres on the Pocket FM platform.

- Leading a high-performing team to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across various marketing functions including performance marketing, events, social media marketing, product marketing and partnerships.

- Creating and implementing the growth plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand-building activities, mid-term scaling and team expansion, as well as quick wins to achieve targets.

- Ideate, test and scale new acquisition channels (Organic & Paid).

- Drive marketing decisions through quantitative results and AB testing, and qualitative research and customer insights.

- Collaborate with internal teams like creative, product, tech and more, to drive growth.

Qualifications & Key Skills

- 8+ years of relevant work experience. Ex-Co-Founder / Founder experience is a must.

- A desire to understand consumer behavior and mindset - Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment

- Curious about metrics, execution processes and keeping an eye out for details

- Strong use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions

- Experimentation mindset

- Passion for technology products built for scale
