Job Description: Position Name: Game Product Manager Qualifications: Any Technical graduate (Candidates from Tier1 technical colleges would be preferred) Location: Bangalore (Can start working remotely and then relocate in few months) (Immediate joinees ONLY) Responsibilities: - Define creative, high quality, and clear product roadmaps for one of Pocket52's game verticals - Translate business goals to detailed, crisp product requirements and user stories - Define success metrics for product features and monitor the performance - Partner with engineering teams and drive the product development for a game vertical across all platforms (Android/iOS/Web) - Partner with product designers on usability studies, conceptualize and implement engaging features for players - Implement optimizations to player experience and core financial performance - Partner with project managers on feature-related project priorities, milestones, and delivery dates - Dive into details of product features and gameplay design - Track and develop an understanding of gaming insights Skills: - A passion for games with a player first mentality - Collaborative individual that brings excitement and enthusiasm to work each day - The ability to critically evaluate design, UX, and economy that influence player behavior - 2-3 years experience as a B2C/B2B product manager - Sound ability in understanding in-game user behavior using data insights to improve product metrics - Proficiency and working knowledge of any of the 3rd party analytics platforms (Clevertap, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and any of the A/B testing tools - Experience presenting to multiple partners - Desirable, but not essential: Experience of working in online gaming industry Amazing Perks Awesome Office | Intellectual Exchange & Satisfaction | Discussion War-Rooms | Free snacks, because we need fuel! | Free coffee, because how else are you going to pound away at the keyboard all day? | Relaxed dress code | Employee Performance Bonuses | Flexible work schedules | Pet-Friendly
