&nbsp;Job Description :&nbsp; &nbsp;- Develop a content strategy based on a company's business objectives and a customers or end users needs working with creative teams across copy, graphics and video and external agencies, product marketing teams, digital teams, product teams and other cross functional teams - Crafting and maintaining content calendars, content assets, and content development plans relevant for achieving monthly/ quarterly/ annual business and customer KPIs&nbsp; &nbsp;- Collaborate with production teams and agencies to build high-volume of timely, highly-credible content to drive brand affinity, engagement, conversion, thought leadership, and action within target segments&nbsp; - Translate content strategy to lay down quantifiable goals on business metrics on acquisition, traffic, engagement, retention, conversion etc. and lead after aligning goals with digital teams, analytics teams, marketing insights team, UX teams&nbsp; &nbsp;- Partner closely with Digital Marketing teams to create content for social media channels, websites, SEO/SEM The role also includes :&nbsp; &nbsp;a. Write product descriptions and content for our website&nbsp; &nbsp;b. Coordinate content creation &amp; publishing of newsletters&nbsp; c. Prepare internal and external communications including announcements, press releases, case studies, whitepapers, sales support, etc. as needed.&nbsp; &nbsp;d. Work with product team and stakeholders to identify content strategy, develop content for wireframes and write simple yet engaging copy for online and interactive applications.&nbsp; &nbsp;e. Create and manage content upload schedules for various elements on the site.&nbsp; f. Edit and proofread content&nbsp; &nbsp;g. Moderate and manage content as it is contributed to the website by users.&nbsp; h. Keep up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, social media trends, web usability, web design, and business/industry trends&nbsp; i. Develop &amp; document procedures to manage Web content&nbsp; &nbsp;j. Contribute and manage the creation of top quality articles, write-ups and features as and when needed.
