Summary : We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Content Strategy who is passionate about the digital content ecosystem and can lead efforts into building high quality repository of exclusive audiobooks which drive the company's growth. The role requires working closely with the entire content value chain and other cross-functional teams like content, product, marketing, and engineering. In essence, you are the driving force behind the Hit Making Machine in Pocket FM. If you are a fan of Fictional content, this is your chance to transform how audio content is consumed by millions of users in India. Responsibilities : 1) Own vision, goals, strategy, roadmaps, and impact against the mission of building the largest audio platform 2) End to End ownership of strategy and execution of content strategy for audiobooks 3) Conducting market research, tracking and compiling content trends across entertainment industry 4) Ownership of reporting and communications to support our content forecasting process, as well as monitoring and forecasting for key parts of the content business. 5) Coordinate with a large creative team and ensure their performance by setting goals and guidelines on a monthly/quarterly basis 6) Deep orientation towards data and analytics and creating meaningful insights to drive the strategy 7) Innovating and creating new processes to enhance the scale of current inflow Requirements : 1) Strong academic background with 2+ years of work experience in leading content strategy or similar roles. 2) MBA from a Tier 1 Institute with Media, OTT, E-Commerce, Technology & Internet or FMCG background 3) Experience in operational or project management roles and collaborating within a fast-paced team environment 4) Comfortable in managing a large creative team directly reporting to you 5) Stellar project management and managerial skills to maintain time-schedules.
