- We are seeking an experienced consumer Product Manager who is passionate about building product and marketing efforts in line with the Company's growth goals. The successful candidate will have a deep knowledge of concepts and technologies for Mobile app retention, engagement, driving App downloads, Online Marketing, Search Engine Marketing (SEO).

- You should have the ability to partner with cross-functional teams internally and influence co-marketing partners externally with a passion for developing lasting programs that drive huge scale is critical for success. Responsibilities

1. Own vision, goals, strategy, roadmaps, and impact against the mission of building the largest social audio platform

2. Develop a deep understanding of users, their needs through user research, quantitative analysis

3. Drive user acquisition and retention through product innovations

4. Driving organic downloads through social media marketing and SEO

Qualifications:

1. You have 2-5 years of experience with product development, ideally in growth product teams.

2. You're experienced in making hard data-informed decisions (A/B experimentation, user testing, data analysis, competitors and market analysis, defining metrics)

3. You have a deep understanding of consumer internet products, marketing, and the customer lifecycle, and can use this to analyze growth opportunities

4. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills and abilities
