Pocket FM - Manager - Content Strategy & Operations (2-4 yrs)
What you'll do :
- Own vision, goals, strategy, roadmaps, and impact against the mission of building the largest social audio platform
- Develop a deep understanding of audio content landscape and new content trends through user research and experimentation
- End to End ownership of strategy and execution of content creation & acquisition as per weekly/monthly targets
- Owning segment level performance and building strategies to improve the same
- Coordinate with large team size and ensure their performance
- Occasional travels to meet the key stakeholders
Who you are :
- 2+ years of work experience in operations management or similar roles
- Experience in operational or project management roles and collaborating within a fast-paced team environment
- Comfortable in handling a large team size directly reporting to you
- Own and manage processes and reporting with cross-functional partners for tracking and monitoring performance on content creation
- Analytical mindset to identify and quickly solve problems
- Stellar project management and managerial skills to maintain time-schedules
- Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
- Media, Consulting, E-Commerce, Technology & Internet, FMCG background
