As a Content Operations Manager, you will have complete ownership of content creation community
- Lead and manage the content operations team
- Responsible for building a Content Creation Community and Operations to produce good quality content at scale
- Exploring content trends by regular offline & online research and analysis
- Ownership of key metrics around content operations such as content creation volume, content quality index, content engagement and content growth
- Applicant with good understanding of local culture in Bihar/UP would be a great add-on
Salary offered : 7 - 10 LPA
