You will be responsible for building and driving all engagement content on social media pages. Requirements: - Proven track record of social media management for a mid to large scale social media channel - Understanding of social media properties and ability to create rapid content pieces across properties - Ability to gauge and respond to social media trends at speed and scale and generate virality for content - Community moderation on all social media platforms for the channel - Thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate strong judgment and decision making skills in the face of ambiguity ~1 years prior experience in social media management and content creation Job Description: - Creating rapid content for original content and in response to social media trends - Test innovative rapid content formats to drive channel engagement - Building an engagement calendar for the channel with the channel manager, creating assets and monitoring engagement content performance - Monitoring social media engagement and moderating community wherever required - Monitoring overall calendar for content and ensuring readiness for release for every content as per the calendar - Scheduling content and monitoring uploads to the social media pages
