Requirements: - Proven track record of building brands through impactful, world-class digital campaigns that connect with audiences - Experience in managing digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, SMS marketing etc), digital video ads (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and ad networks - Thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate strong judgment and decision making skills in the face of ambiguity - 2 years experience in digital marketing for mid to large sized brands - Passionate and curious about all aspects of digital marketing innovation, and strive to create impactful and effective visual brand storytelling on mobile, paid social, and all other mediums/platforms - Proficient in reading and analysing social media platform analytics - Prior experience of platform features and network growth on social media platforms Job Description: - Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns for the channel, including and not limited to SEO/SEM, display ads, email and SMS marketing, social media etc - Define key metrics for ROI tracking and optimize for growth - Optimize spends and performance to achieve channel performance metrics - Measure performance against the key metrics and share insights with the channel manager - Develop an in-depth understanding of the audience funnel and create interventions for the audience at every stage of the funnel to drive higher conversions - Collaborate with internal teams for product optimization and external agencies and vendors for campaigns - Test and evaluate emerging tools and best practices and stay ahead of the curve in innovations w.r.t. Digital marketing for content - Perform A/B tests, multivariate experiments etc periodically to test hypotheses and drive innovation
